The Bethel family (Pearl, Lawrence, Leo, Rodney, Cyril and Don) have been carrying on the family tradition of legendary carvers since the early 1900's. Created from Basswood, White Pine and Butternut, these finely detailed and realistic carvings make the perfect gift for the fisherman, hunter, golfer or wildlife lover in your life. Each item is numbered and logged to show the history. Available here is #899 (has no facial hair) Winter Spearing Fishermen with Walleye that measures 9 1/2" tall or #925 (moustache) with Northern Pike that measures about 9 1/2" tall. Details, details, details! From the hair in his moustache to the shoelaces on his boots, this carving is perfect. The Fishing Pole Jig with tiny decoy, wooden carved spear and fish with copper accents speared to the end are all separate pieces and are removable.
