Brand new quality from Midwest of Cannon Falls is this blown glass fishing reel ornament.  Measures 2 3/4" wide by 2 3/4" tall. Vivid colors and would look great on your lake themed tree. Each ornament is created according to a traditional technique dating back to 1857 in the small German village of Lauscha. This family tradition has been passed down from generation to generation and around the world.  Glassmakers begin by heating a glass tube over a flame. Then, the heated tube is mouth-blown either free form or into a mold to create a specific shape. Each glass ornament is then hand-painted in brilliant colors, and frequently dusted with sparking dust for a beautiful work of art to be passed on for generations to come. $5.00
