Ordering:
Everything is in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. To place an order, please use our secure shopping cart.  Our cart is set up to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB.  Please double check your order for accuracy.  When you click the Place Order button, your order is automatically processed and can not be changed.  All orders are processed the same day and all items are in stock (unless otherwise noted or Customized).   All items on these pages are subject to availability.  Please note that you are responsible to ensure that you can legally possess any wildlife products that you buy from us. The $20.00 minimum per order does not include tax nor the $5 handling fee.  Canceled orders are subject to a 25% processing fee. The descriptor on your credit card statement will read: “Moose-R-Us.Com”  

Shipping:
Shipping is free to the continental U.S., you are only responsible for the handling charge of $5 per order. Your items will usually be shipped within 1-4 business days via the United States Post Office, SpeeDee Delivery Service or UPS Ground depending on the size of the order and your location.   Please allow 2-7 (typical) business days for your order to arrive after confirmation of shipment. Due to our remote location, Overnight nor 2 day air is rarely a viable option.  Incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages will be reshipped via another method at your expense and will include actual shipping charges and the $5 handling fee. Address corrections via UPS will be charged an additional $18.00, via SpeeDee an additional $15.00, via USPS actual charges.  Undeliverable packages via UPS will be charged the actual return shipping fee.  Orders outside the Continental lower 48 States may incur extra shipping charges depending on the size of your order.  For International shipping, see below.

Shipping Damage terms:
In the rare instance that an item is damaged in shipping,  please contact us through the Contact Us page link above and be ready with a picture of the damage within 4 days of receipt so we can initiate the insurance claim  We will then work with the carrier on your behalf.  You will need to save the original shipping box and all packing materials in order for an insurance claim to be paid. No action can/will be taken if damage is reported after 4 days of receipt.

International shipping.
We do offer selected International shipping to other countries with prior approval and $100 product minimum order. International shoppers shipping to the U.S. are still required to meet the minimum $100 product order.  For prior approval please copy/paste your shopping cart list into the box located on the Contact Us page so we can send you shipping options and the link to pay
International buyers are responsible for knowing the import rules of their country.  Prices on the website are in United States Dollars. Actual shipping charges, Import duties, taxes and/or custom fees are not included in your shopping cart total. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.

Canceled Orders:
Orders canceled will not be refunded the $5 handling fee.

Wholesale Pricing:
Except for a few items in case lots, we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Guarantee / Returns
Attic Moose Antiques LLC describes everything on this website accurately and we stand behind our products 100%.  If you are unhappy for any reason with your merchandise, politely contact us via email immediately to arrange for its return. We will be happy to exchange it for another Item (you pay the $5 handling/box fee along with all actual shipping charges) or we will credit you for the original purchase price (minus the $5 handling/box fee and actual shipping charges & 25% restocking fee).  Returned items must be received in original unused condition with packaging/tags still attached and postmarked within 10 days of receipt. We will not refund, for any reason, until the item is returned to us at your cost-no exceptions. Sorry, no return/refund on custom made items nor Sale/Clearance items.
