Retired vintage Big Sky Carvers Jeff Fleming Bearfoots canister.  Lid under rim inside has been chipped as shown, does not show from the outside.   Measures about 6″ tall by 5 1/2″ wide without the lid – 9 1/2″ tall with the lid.
